Etna wine, a millennia-long tradition

Moreover, there's a special space for wine, as in the very rooms of Zash, in the winery and the cellar, it was made for decades. Here today it becomes the protagonist again: this means to aim at a wine list open to different tastes and sensitivity, based on an accurate selection of the best producers of Etna, the terroir of wine that Zash belongs to, with the local vines, Nerello mascalese and Carricante as the focus of attention. Then the whole of Sicily, from the Eastside to the Westside, from Nero d'Avola to Syrah.
